The staff are very friendly. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. There are three pools. One one the main floor and two on the roof. There are many great places to eat all within a very short walk. Also a convenience store and ATMs. It is about a 20 min walk to the beach. I would stay here again.
Decent hotel, $500 pesos per night. Rooms are big and clean with cable TV and AC plus good WiFi. Close to downtown but not as close to enough to hear the crowd and traffic noise. Hotel has 2 pools and breakfast is included. Nice employees
On March 23-26 2019, we stayed in this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and cozy. The rooftop pool is great, it feels like having a private pool! Good price for it’s amenities and convenience. We are from Canada and plan to go back again, we highly recommend this hotel!
This hotel is amazing!! The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. Everything was very clean and new. The rooms were spacious, included a large, clean bathroom, and had an awesome balcony. The breakfast was great every day! The walk to 5th, 12th, and the beach was short too which was extremely convenient. I can't wait to go back and visit!
Huge room. Very modern decor. Sweet older lady in the morning making breakfast. Very tasty. Housekeeping staff is meticulous. Roof top infinity pool so nice in the moonlight. Great value. A little bit of a hike to the beach but you pass many great restos to checkout.
Really nice hotel for this price. pro: The room is spacious and super clean, and the frontend person is really friendly. con: The room is a little bit empty. They only provide essential stuff like towel, soap, hairdryer, etc. No coffee machine, not paper tissue. The location is a bit off tourist area, with a highway separating them. Don't get me wrong, you can't hear anything from the highway, it's just you have to go across the high way when walking from the hotel to the ferry pier. You have a glance of real Mexican life (I find it totally okay and alive).
Great finding hotel. Very quiet, clean and with friendly staff. The only thing I didn't enjoyed was breakfast there is only choice of 2 options and servings are very small ended up taking breakfast outside everyday.
Stayed at the hotel for one week in January 2022. The personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the room was performed daily and to a high standard. I received better service at this hotel than 4-5 star hotels I have stayed at. It is an approximate 15 minute walk to 5th avenue at a good pace. Makes for good exercise. In any event, a taxi will cost you approximately 100 pesos, which is not expensive. Great quality to price ratio.
